In 1997, the civil engineer César Berbetz, natural from Curitiba/PR, who is bachelor’s degree in civil engineer by UFPR (Federal University of Paraná), who worked in construction companies of Curitiba/PR and Joinville/SC, associate to the entrepreneur and administrator Mário Cezar Link Konell, from Joinville/SC, funding Berbetz & Konell Ltda, Construction company, developer and administrator of it’s own enterprises.
Today the companie works with trademark in INPI (National Institute of Industrial Prosperity) under the name of BEM MORAR EMPREENDIMENTOS RESIDENCIAIS.
Bem Morar was pioneer in the construction of townhouses in Joinville/SC, where it build this residences until the year of 2003.
In 2005, following the tendency of the city of verticalize, Bem Morar projected it first building – The Residencial Rio de Janeiro, composed by 2 blocks of 17 apartments and 6 comercials rooms, delivered to residents in January/2008 (1st block) and March/2009 (2nd block).
Bem Morar participated of the Programa Brasileiro de Produtividade e qualidade no habitat (PBQP-h) – Brazilian Program of Productivity and Quality in Habitat - realized by SENAI in partnership with SEBRAE e audited by Fundação Vanzolini until B level.
Currently, is approved by Caixa Econômica Federal – GERIC, with “A” concept, on working with the modality of buildings and residences in floorplan.
It’s philosophy is building with own financial resources, allocating and appropriating them in every development before initiating each project, ensuring the delivery in the established time to the costumer.
